Nathu La is a mountain pass in the Himalayas that connects the Indian state of Sikkim with China's Tibet Autonomous Region. Nathula Pass has been a major corridor for passage between India and Tibet before it was closed in 1962.



Pemayangtse Monestary

Pemayangtse Monastery is the second oldest monastery of Sikkim, located 140 kilometres West of Gangtok. It is a Buddhist monastery in Pemayangtse, near Pelling in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim.



Gurudongmar Lake
